It took some time before the bottles was sent. And it was not packed very well causing one of the giftboxes had a dent in the corner. Wrapping in only newspaper in a carton box is not sufficient.

Hi, sorry about this. Not sure how to handle this situation? Could you claim on your side that the box is damaged through the app? Perhaps you can try that first and see if the app helps us here..
