el reloj lo he recibido en plazo correcto. ha llegado con la parte superior del reloj hundida en la caja porque ha venido con el soporte de madera roto. confío en que lo pueda reparar y que funcione

The buyer is complaining unfairly. He bought these two clocks in the "clocks and accessories for repair" section. The text clearly states that there are problems with the movement and that a (hobby) clockmaker should look into it and fix it. He would have done better to read the text carefully and not complain afterward about something he certainly should have known about.
His comment that parts are missing is also untrue. The clocks were complete.

The watch arrived quickly and undamaged. It works as expected. The clock strikes beautifully.
