I'm glad you received them and they are in good condition! We pack using recycled and leftover materials to avoid waste. We pack the fragile objects with a lot of reinforcement to avoid the fragile object bouncing around. It might not look beautiful, but it is effective, and economical! It's unfortunate to deduct points over something so superficial, but that's your opinion and I have to respect that. We aren't Amazon, or even a shop, so this isn't part of a larger business model. As long as you got the object safely, then our job is done. Have a wonderful day! And I hope you enjoy the objects as much as we did!
