Das Bild war sehr schlecht verpackt. Am Rand eingedrückt und in der Mitte eine Falte.
Eine Seite der Rolle war nicht gut verschlossen. Das Bild war innen nicht gesichert, es ist rumgerutscht.

Mi dispiace , quando l’ho spedito era nel tubo rigido di cartone che si usa per spedire le tele, se si è rotto è anche colpa del servizio spedizioni ma di cui io non sono responsabile . Grazie dell’acquisto, per lo meno la critica non era sull’oggetto ma solo sull’imballaggio. 

La pintura excelente pero el embalaje muy deficiente llegó todo arrugado el lienzo no se si plancharlo ,espero que sea posible volver a dejarlo liso.

Hello sorry to hear that anyway thé canvas needs to be stretched on stretchboards and eventually wet the back of it with water. It will turn the way it should. Now is just a rolled canvas but i am sure it will be perfect. Let me

Heeft wat langer geduurd dan normaal voor het verzenden,  maar ik houdt er rekening mee dat dit mede te maken had met overlijden van de Paus.
Schilderij was goed verpakt en goed aangekomen
