    Llegaron tazas rotas ,el embalaje es una mierda ,no se ha querido gastar dinero en el embalaje y por eso llegaron dos tazas rotas ,muy mal vendedor quero poner una denuncia.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy. The cups were carefully packed with multiple protective layers, and the box was clearly marked as fragile. I have video proof showing the items were securely packed and didn’t move inside the box. Many other customers have been very happy with how carefully I package fragile items and have had no issue with items being damaged when delivered.
