Before shipping, for me the amplifier worked perfectly on both channels. The amplifier was transported from the European continent to Tenerife in the Canary Islands from January 16 to February 10, taking 25 days, during which the temperature changed from -20 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius. I would look for a contact fault. I hope I could help. Best regards, József
The amplifier came in good exterior condition but its sound is far from good. Something is not right with it, be it the internal circuits or the intensive use throughout its life. I am not happy

Hallo, Before shipping, I tested the Marantz PM-35 amplifier using the CD input és CD Direct, and the sound was flawless. I did not test it with your HI-FI system. The sound cannot be better than the weakest component. A lot depends on the speakers and the speaker cables. I hope I could help. Best regards, József

Incomplete device description, insufficiently detailed images
Very nice NAD element! Well packed for shipping. Only the forseen tools to prépare the turntable for transport (fixations) weren’t applied. That’s a shame because avoid. Luckily everything arrived ok!
