Dear customer, we are very sorry about this. Although the item was properly packaged, there is still a small chance that it may have been damaged. We will handle your case immediately.

Dear Customer, although we have wrapped the parcel securely, as the item was manufactured in the 1960s, the adhesive has deteriorated and may come loose during transit. We have refunded part of your payment and hope you are satisfied with this resolution.
