I only want a refund upon return of defective art. Claiming I want both is a lie. As BA/MA Fine Art grad, I noted warp. Seller admitted defect, told me to 'bend' it, then blocked. Defamatory.

This review is false. You repeatedly contacted me via SMS with pressure and threats of a negative review if I did not issue a refund while you kept the artwork. This behaviour is unacceptable. I communicated professionally and offered appropriate solutions, but I will not agree to demands that violate platform policy. The painting was shipped in perfect condition, and I have acted with integrity throughout.
