Hello, I'm very sorry to hear that the tape is blanc. As the item was sealed it was impossible for me to test it as indicated in the description. The first 3 photo's are taken by myself from the item that is in your possession now. Photo 4, 5 and 6 are indeed coming from elsewhere with the only purpose to show you what is inside the sealed item. 
I'm sure we can work something out. I'l ask Catawike how to proceed to get you a refund.
