Why is your feedback and energy so negative? The sofa is (still) available as you know, so thats a permanent lie. There was no direct communication possible with you at first, thats why the pick-up failed. So its so not fair to put it with me. I several times tried to make a new appointment with you after cancelling the first one. And gave you 7 new pick-up dates to choose, for a new appointment. So I am looking forward to arrange the transaction, and ultimately close the case.

Flexibel in aflevering. Helaas zat er een scheur in de bank die op fotos en in omschrijving niet zichtbaar waren geweest. Werd na pressie (Catawiki) en wat gekissebis netjes opgelost.

Goed en fijn contact in eerste instantie. Extra service geboden. Inderdaad een verborgen gebrek. Direct aangegeven dat we dit op een goede manier gingen oplossen onderling. Ook afspraken hier over gemaakt. Helaas is dit toch anders gegaan dan afgesproken, en hebben dit uiteindelijk toch zakelijk opgelost op een voor beide partijen goede manier.
Mooie stuks, zoals afgebeeld op de foto. Je komt dus niet voor verrassingen te staan. Ook super contact!! Altijd leuk een fijne verkoper te ontmoeten!

I am a reputable seller, and I do not accept this. As mentioned earlier, the exact state is stated in the description of the object. So this can't be a surprise. Why are you so frustrated and have such a negative energy? I also offered extra to deliver the item for a normal fuel fee. This is apparently not appreciated either.

si vous vous asseyez sur la chaise de la maison, ils dépassent également sans protection ... J'ai bien emballé les sièges et j'ai passé plus que suffisamment de temps sur une chaise que vous pourriez acheter à très bon marché. Donc pas de critique absurde la prochaine fois!

Catastrophic. Packaging consisted of 2 poor garbage bags (no wonder it arrived all scratched). Shipped way past the 3 working days delay and had to literally threaten to get tracking #. Pass your way!

Catastrophic? Sorry, but I packed it really well in two sturdy bags with tape! And there are only a few minor user-marks on the item and thats completely normal with a used item. And international shipping is always a longer delivery time as you know. Deliveryshop provide me no t&t-code at first. I asked it later and provided it! That's the reason. I'm sorry but I find you a real unpleasant person. And your comment does not reflect the actual situation.
