The seller is unresponsive. The painter doesn’t exist. Painting not handmade. This company was only created in February 2025, and sold +550 paintings in 10 months via Catawiki. Feel disappointed.

That said, the request in question was fulfilled as agreed. Regarding the artwork, the painting technique and process are exactly as described in the listing. We always aim to be as clear and transparent as possible in our descriptions so buyers know what to expect before purchasing. As for our company history and sales volume, we see the number of artworks sold as a sign of trust from our customers. In a relatively short time, we have been fortunate to serve many buyers, the vast majority of whom have been satisfied with their purchases. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Really awful quality - basically a print with texture painted over it. Brush strokes don't align with colours, making them look very cheap. Paintings were returned 10 days ago and still no refund.
