Respected buyer your money was with catawiki, As we already told you that since we are sellers from Republic of India have to obey the rules of India.The ring was unfortunately sold at 30 percent of its cost in India and Indian customs didn't allow to ship it we were helpless. We understand your frustration of not getting the ring at your winning bid. Our goods speak and buyers buy , we have more than 2000happy buyers on catawiki in Europe and wanted you too to be happy but as said we have to obey our laws , Hope you understand and take back your negative review.
