Ordered a “SEALED” EB02 One Piece 25th anniversary box. Opened it on camera—already opened and packs tampered with.I contacted the seller, Who blamed supplier and refused refund/return. 

I never received the video you mentioned. I’ve sold many of these and have never encountered this issue before. I also checked this batch myself and even opened a few boxes at random, and none of them had any problems. Since the box you purchased has already been opened, I’m unable to issue a refund, and I also have no way to verify whether what you’re claiming is accurate.
