Strangely enough, the watch broke down the day after the auction ended and couldn't be repaired for a week and a half. Dishonest seller. I don't recommend it. 0/10

Hello, We're sorry about the situation and understand your frustration. We're based in Madeira, where good watchmakers are very hard to find, and the only one we trust locally currently has a large backlog of work, which unfortunately causes delays. That being said, we're more than happy to honor the auction price once the watch is repaired and ready. We acknowledge that we should have checked the watch again before the auction ended, and for that we're sorry. Our intention was never to cause inconvenience. We take all feedback seriously and will make sure no more watches are listed without being properly checked. Hope you understand our side.

I’m sorry, but the description and pictures were clear. We uploaded the pictures in the highest quality possible, it’s not our fault that Catawiki lowers the quality/compresses them.
The watch was in very good condition as it was described. The box was the original in good condition.

The watch was shipped in perfect working order. The buyer mentioned returns before receiving it, said he loved it on arrival, and only two weeks later claimed issues without evidence.

Hello, these automatic watches don't have manual wind, you have to shake it. I can guarantee it works, as it was fully tested before shipping.
