This seller did not send the earrings. Waited 4 weeks for a cancellation? Now I am still waiting for the refund from Catawiki.

Scam - Auction won and no product received. The amount was refunded via Catawiki and the purchase was cancelled. It was impossible to get in touch with this seller, not even through Catawiki. Dont buy

I won the auction and item was not shipped for 2 weeks , I decided to cancel it.

DHL, which is our primary delivery partner, does not ship to Latvia. This was conveyed to you already on multiple occasions. Our Team was in constant touch with you to let you know the updates.

At last, we got FedEx's approval (which took 7 days as it was a public holiday here) to ship the product to Latvia. We had shipped the Order and it was then cancelled at your end. 

Request you to please be fair in writing a review. Such misinformation hurts our business.

ho provato a contattarlo e mi ha detto che me lo avrebbe spedito a 1490€ perche vinto ad un prezzo basso per lui.  metta la riserva. pessimo
