Delivery was over ten days late, and the work arrived damaged. When I presented photo proof, the seller's communication became impatient. The pleasure of the art piece is gone.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience to the buyer. Despite the artpiece was delivered as described and even appreciated by the buyer, it was claimed to be damaged during the transportation. Therefore I promtly offered a refund. Once agreed, I organized the pickup on the next availabe slot. The round trip was on my espanses and the buyer was refounded 100%
