Sorry to hear you’re not satisfied. The listing clearly stated that only Raichu is holo; the other cards were not described as holo. The photos were clear and detailed, showing the cards and their condition transparently.

Card condition can be subjective, but I described everything in good faith. I also reached out in chat and proposed a solution to resolve the situation, however the negative review was already posted without having a discussion.

I remain available to find a fair resolution.
