lovely lamp, safely packed and delivered on time.

Thank you very much for your carful packing. The object arrived in perfect shape.

The reason for the order cancellation has already been clearly stated. I understand that this situation may cause inconvenience, but I kindly ask you to refrain from expressing negative emotions. Thank you for your understanding.

Gracias

commande un peu attendue mais bien arrivée.
Très satisfaite.

The seller cancelled the order. Yes Catawiki will made a refund, but it is terribly sad and unpleasant. This seller cannot be trusted. Especially since the seller does not contact :(

The reason was clearly stated – the buyer deliberately left a negative review because they are full of negativity

This is a lie ?
Buy only once in your life from me, and the reason for not sending this purchase was clearly stated and the money is refunded.

Foarte bine impachetat. Primit in stare buna. Recomand vanzatorul. Thank you!

very well packed ! item as described ! very good seller. A++++++++++++++++

The reason for the recall was clearly written, after inspection there was a malfunction in the electronics, so maybe the buyer wanted to receive a non-working item? and now everything is fair, the money has been refunded.
