    I'm sorry to hear that VAT cost you a lot of unexpected money. Chat GPT tell me that 20%VAT will be charged to the item over 45EuDlrs, with exception of used items. I shipped watches to two other buyers in France one at 70.22 the other 102.21, but no such customs extra tax complaints. Please advise if I can submit any document to reduce VAT charges.     The photo No:16-17-18 clearly show that the buckle can be fasted properly. The buckle was fastened precisely when the watch was shipped. It seems to me that it is impossible the buckle was broken all of sudden, as the shipping box was carefully packed with full of soft things.

    His claim that the watch face glass is broken showing by the photo attached with his message does match exactly with the ones presented in the auction description/photo detail. Scars/scratches, not broken. Though discount was offered he is very generous and kind to turn down my discount offer. Subject to be more careful in the description on the watch scar/scratch condition, both of us mutually agreed to settle this issue. Many thanks for his kind generous understanding.
