Good morning, the watch I sent was in perfect working order. All this, can be demonstrated with a video I made (for all the watches I sell I make the video to prove at catawiki  the perfect functioning) and can be demonstrated from the store where I bought it. In any case, the watch is an official IWC warranty. I believe you are not telling the truth because a watch may not keep the time well, but you talk about two hours late. The watch is new and in operating status. Being automatic you have to bring it to make it work!

i accidentally selected pick up instead of delivery. on the auction the delivery fee was 20 euro's. when i immediately contacted the seller to advise him of my mistake he charged me 50 euro's,

I believe that the negative score of this transaction is unfair.
I believe that a negative vote may be given if the watch does not conform to what is described or incomplete documentation. In this case the watch is perfectly compliant and of a unique quality, like all my watches.
The buyer was wrong to select the withdrawal mode for which I had to rely on another shipper. The buyer accepted the agreed figure. Subsequently and unjustly gave negative feedback.
I write this because bidders know that the buyer has agreed to pay a larger amount than initially agreed.
