In der Beschreibung wurde angegeben, dass die Uhr ohne Schlüssel verkauft wird. Das bedeutet: Beim Ausfüllen der Artikeldaten wurde das Feld für den Schlüssel nicht ausgewählt bzw. nicht ausgefüllt, was standardmäßig darauf hinweist, dass die Uhr ohne Schlüssel angeboten wird.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I am somewhat surprised by your complaint regarding the shipping cost. The delivery price includes the cost of the cardboard box, packaging materials, packing tape, the time required to carefully pack the parcel, as well as fuel costs to deliver the parcel to the shipping point, in addition to the carrier’s service fee.
The shipping cost was clearly stated in the lot description, so it was fully transparent.
