    one could reset the device or reboot it but keep a startup ir at least keep the image everything has to be done from scratch . error installation mounts to 33 sectors and logins still persit

    Most people prefers a clean system to perform their own fresh install. That's why we usually delivered our Macs without OS installed. You can run an Internet Recovery using CMD+OPT+R at startup or create a Bootable USB with the image of the OS you like up to MacOS Monterrey.
