    The tree arrived on time, but it’s INFESTED with scale and aphids. I have sent a thorough breakdown to the seller and he said he didn’t notice and didn’t treat the bonsai with anything. No answer.

    la pianta è arrivata in imballaggio poco consono...il vaso non era nemmeno legato...l'altezza della pianta doveva essere di 45 centimetri non arriva nemmeno a 30...
