great service!, nice stone, quick delivery

Really happy with this zircon! It’s a beautiful stone with amazing sparkle and brilliance, especially when it catches the light. Even prettier in person. So glad I bought it!

The item was substantially darker in person compared to the images provided in the listing

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry the spinel did not meet your expectations. We photograph every stone under studio LED lighting to show its color as accurately as possible, but gemstone color can look different under different light, so slight differences between photos and daylight are possible, as mentioned in our listings. We take your comments seriously and would be glad to hear more, so please contact us anytime. We wish you all the best. 🌈

Schnelle Abwicklung und Ware sieht wie die Bilder aus. Ich kann es empfehlen

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! Every stone we offer is selected with passion and dedication, and we are delighted the emerald looks just like the pictures. Knowing it has brought you joy makes everything worthwhile. We hope to serve you again soon! 💎 🌈

The worst ever. Seller chose FedEx but refused to deal with them when customs issues arose, leaving me facing exorbirtant cost. I had to send the shipment back, and apparently I will not be refunded.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry this order did not go smoothly. Your topaz was shipped promptly with FedEx, but French customs required a customs broker, and each country's import rules are beyond our control. We shared the FedEx France contacts and always aim to support our buyers. We regret the frustration this caused. 🌈
