    Good afternoon. I'm sad to know that something went wrong. I sent him the watch exactly as it was announced and took care to photograph and record the packaging process. I do not understand why not contact me directly. Ask him to send me pictures of the clock. If you confirm that the condition of the watch is the same as that which was sent and that no part has been tampered with or altered, I will be happy to receive it back, since I do not assume any shipping costs or take responsibility for its transport.
