Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that the bicycle did not meet your expectations, but I believe your description does not reflect the actual condition of the item. The bike may show normal signs of use and age, but it is not an “old and poorly maintained” bicycle.

Before shipping, the bike is always cleaned and checked: the frame is polished and the cassette, chain, and chainrings are thoroughly cleaned, as shown in the photos of the listing.

If you can point out specific issues, I will be happy to review them and work toward a suitable solution.
