Nice fabric, badly wrapped in a damaged box. Rain?

I'm sorry for the damage, but when I sent the item everything in the box was ok, so I don't know what could be happened

la borsa molto bella, forse poco più rovinata rispetto alle foto.
nel complesso sono soddisfatta.

Nice item, but poorly packed and came broken

Hi,
I apologize for what happened. I thought the item was well packaged, but apparently I was wrong. Can you send me a photo so I can see where I went wrong? I'm ready to refund you, obviously after you send me the item back. Again, my sincerest apologies.
