Unreliable and unprofessional seller. Item arrived badly damaged. We agreed on a partial refund, but it was never issued after a month despite the modest amount; instead, repeated excuses to delay.

Are you serious? You're the only one who says it's not packed well. You sent me a photo, that the image is beheaded. No picture of the box, which must have been damaged!!
