    High shipping cost and overall low quality of the items. not japanese (as mentioned) quality but "japanese style". follow up: Seller offered a partial refund if I change my review to a positive one !

    We offered the customer a refund and also requested the return of the item, but there has been no response from their side. We provided every possible solution to resolve the situation, yet the customer completely ignored our messages. It appears that this review is misleading and defamatory, as it does not reflect the actual facts.

    de messen zijn afgeleverd. Duurde wel lang eer ze werden bezorgd . Een week later dan gepland. De messen zijn wel wat er is beloofd. Heb daarvoor excuses verkregen.
