Shipping was supposed to be free: I paid €34 in charges on arrival, plus €8 more for the certificate sent separately in a letter. €42 of unexpected costs on a $26 invoice value. Be careful.

Certificate was missing from the delivery. No notice it would follow. Seller gave inconsistent explanations, refused a partial refund, and made the communication personal.
