j ai cru acheter un bracelet hermes mais la facture  ne portait pas l adjectif Hermes et il n y avait pas la boite qui  etait sur la photo;  par ailleurs j ai du verser 28 euros de + à la la livraison

Vous avez indiqué que la facture ne mentionne pas « Hermès », or cet article est un authentique produit Hermès.

La boîte visible sur la photo n'était qu'à titre d'illustration ; elle n'a pas été photographiée dans son intégralité.

Vous avez également mentionné avoir payé 28 euros supplémentaires pour les frais de port ; il s'agissait des droits de douane de votre pays, que l'acheteur aurait dû acquitter dans le sien.

Il semble y avoir eu un malentendu. Veuillez nous excuser pour ce malentendu.
