Good morning, the ad states that the item is complete but decorative. The attached photos don't show any dents, so they may have occurred during shipping. I also reported that the sound was poor. I'm sorry... but I see that despite the negative comments, you decided to keep the trumpet and case... perhaps because you managed to bid at a very low price, at which purchasing just the case would have been a problem.
