La pulsera podría estar bien, pero como no se abre, es tan pequeña que no entra por la mano, y el brillantito, si es que lo es, ni se ve, y encima me ha costado 14'48 mas por gastos de aduana,

Thank you for your feedback. There were 27 photos uploaded to the listing, they clearly showed the bracelet doesn't open. There was also the exact circumference measurements provided in the description. We encourage all buyers to have a proper look at all photos, we provide LOTS of them to avoid disappointment. The description also clearly stated that EU customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. It has been 5.5 years since Brexit came into force and we have absolutely no control over tariffs.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. Please may I draw your attention to the fact that the listing had 18 photos, including close up photos of oxidation. The presence of tarnish was also clearly stated in the description. If you were not happy with that, you should have not bid on the item in the first place. I always upload lots and lots of close up photos to avoid disappointment. The buyers don't even have to read translated descriptions, just look at the photos, it's all there. Moreover, I paid customs duty of over £20 out of my pocket to get the item to you with no hassle, so I actually lost on this lot as the hammer price was very low. A totally unfair feedback.
