Watch had a deep scratch, I sent photos, seller ignored, Catawiki experts saw it my way. Crystal wasn't original as claimed, Beat error is wildly varying between measurements, movement holder missing

1. In my Description, I stated “crystal is in excellent condition and was given a good buff ALBEIT a few miniscule scratches that are barely noticeable.” 2. I uploaded 18 photos from various angles. There was NO deep scratch. 3. He claims there is a deep scratch but did not provide any proof. 4. I replied - the crystal has scratch marks on them. I will NOT be compensating him. 5. He complained to Catawiki. I wrote to Catawiki that I am willing to cancel the sale and refund him. 6. The Buyer replied that it would not make financial sense to cancel the order. Why? Because he purchased a very good watch at a low price. 7. He does not comprehend that I do not want a low calibre person to own my watch. 8. Catawiki settled the matter, and I assumed that all is good. I was wrong. 9. It is also obvious he wishes to profit from this by over-exaggerating in the hopes he can get a discount.
