I won an auction for this watch at a lower price and the seller did not send it. He then relisted it and I won the auction again at 2x the price and he sent it without any issues. No refund on first. 

Many companies refused to accept your first order due to your location. I sent it via PTT Cargo. They couldn't clear it through customs because it was supposed to be in Dubai. The problem was resolved
