    La obra ha sido arrancada de un bastidor por la cantidad de agujeros del lienzo. El envío fue rápido pero el embalaje era mejorable ya que por la textura, la obra se ve agrietada al ir enrollada.

    Realicé la compra de una bonita pieza pero espero durante varios días y después de pagar 12,50 € por el envío parece ser que reclaman una cantidad en aduanas... no he recibido nada

    Pintura terrible, nada que ver con el anuncio, menos color. Oxidado por haber estado en bastidor, aunque se entrega sin el. El vendedor no ha respondido a los mensajes por el retraso del envío.

    Hi, the colours are sometimes slightly different to the computer screen, (oxidised isn’t relevant as it’s not a print behind glass, it’s a canvas painting) All large paintings are sent rolled to reduce your shipping costs, it’s the standard way to ship large artworks safely. There should be a note with your order explaining how to take the artwork to your local framer for restretching. I hope this helps, Best Wishes
