L'envoi s'est fait par la poste au lieu de DHL cela prendra donc 3 semaines pour arriver

Entendemos perfectamente su preocupación al no haber recibido el paquete a pesar de que el registro de FedEx indica que fue entregado el 30 de diciembre en el Restaurante Mona Pizza. Para poder resolver esta situación lo antes posible, le agradeceríamos mucho si pudiera verificar con el personal del restaurante o con cualquier persona que pudiera haber estado presente en el establecimiento en el momento de la entrega. En ocasiones, los transportistas entregan los paquetes a empleados o colaboradores que se encuentran en el lugar. ¿Sería tan amable de confirmar si alguien en el restaurante recibió o firmó por la entrega?
