Beautiful vase, well packed, the tomobako arrived a little dismantled but served a purpose, to keep the vase safe due to mistreatment on carrier, a problem I suffer a lot. thank you, excellent seller.

I am sorry to hear that the parcel was handled roughly during transportation, but I am glad that the tomobako and the packaging helped protect the vase. When I ship ceramic works, my greatest concern is always that the piece might arrive damaged. Because these works are fragile and precious, I try to pack them as carefully and securely as possible, using a large amount of protective materials. For this reason, the final parcel often becomes much heavier than the artwork itself. I understand that buyers naturally wish to keep the shipping cost as low as possible, and I truly feel sorry about this. However, my first priority is always to protect the work so that it can arrive safely and be appreciated in its new home. Thank you again for your purchase and for your thoughtful message.
