    So pity to hear that. We pack all our things perfectly, and safely. We have already stopped with this shipping company and put a bad feedback on them on Trustpilot. Our packaging is so careful and secure that the only safer option would be to carry the item by hand.

    We can not take it seriously. We asked you to send photos of the package and broken glass, but you didn’t. We have a picture and video of the package before sending. It was packed perfectly.
