Helaas! Ik had de hanger zelf willen gaan dragen als het inderdaad zoals in de beschrijving van BRONS was geweest.
Helaas is de hanger van LOOD.

Wel is de vergissing zeer netjes opgelost.



U heeft volkomen gelijk. In de beschrijving werd de hanger ten onrechte als brons vermeld, terwijl hij in werkelijkheid van lood is. Dit is volledig onze fout en ik bied u hiervoor mijn oprechte excuses aan. Ik begrijp heel goed dat dit voor u een grote teleurstelling is, vooral omdat u de hanger wilde dragen.

Vanwege deze fout zal ik het volledige door u betaalde bedrag terugbetalen. U hoeft de hanger niet terug te sturen; als tegemoetkoming voor deze vergissing mag u hem houden.

Nogmaals mijn welgemeende excuses voor deze fout en het veroorzaakte ongemak.
