    Hello. I am sorry that your parcel arrived damaged. I am very sorry about this. I packed it in a shipping box in which I received two bottles of whiskey without boxes from the store. I received the bottles in excellent condition. You wrote that the bottles and labels were damaged. I don't really understand what could have happened to the bottles. Because I wrapped each bottle individually several times. This is to prevent it from breaking and so that the labels are not damaged during transport. As for the labels, they would have to be flooded with water to damage them! Or someone opened the package and may have destroyed the contents. We never have any influence on what may happen during transport. Please send me photos of damaged labels and bottles to the following e-mail address: bugtom1@o2.pl This will help me understand what the problem is and what I can do in the future to ensure that the goods reach the recipient safely and intact.
