Sir, what you fail to mention is that the television was wrapped in bubble wrap and couldn't move inside the box because it was well padded. The label was stuck over the top of the opening to prevent the box from opening, so your comment surprises me greatly. Another thing you don't mention is that you filed a claim after 15 days because you were apparently traveling (even though the product was received on time...). Therefore, you cannot hold me responsible for any damage. If that's the case, you should contact the carrier, not me. It still saddens me greatly to see the television in this state 😔
