Positief: de zorgvuldige verpakking. Dank daarvoor! Negatief: de oude fitting is kapot. Een passende fitting is niet meer te krijgen. Mogelijk heeft de verkoper dit niet gezien, jammer is het wel.

Although the article was very well packaged, the courier agency did not treat the package carefully. Sometimes it happens. Very few. But it can happen. In these cases, photos of the incident are sent in order for the insurance to respond to this irresponsibility of the agency. The item was well packed. You can only blame the courier agency. However, the issue is in the process of being addressed.
A little disapointed by the lamps. The color is not from the origin. They are re-painted but not well. Delivered in a short time and well wrapped.

Object wasn't "complete" as stated in description but missing a critical part for gameplay. Worse than the actual incident though is Catawikis catastrophy they call "customer service". Money lost.

We deeply felt that one piece was missing (a game card). And we apologize for it. Our action has always been open to seek a solution to the problem.
