Erg blij mee!

Prachtig werk! Snelle: reactie, verzending en goed verpakking.

Leider sehr lange Lieferdauer.

Vielen Dank!

I am sorry that this transaction could not be completed.
The artwork was unfortunately damaged by the carrier during collection, before it could be shipped. I immediately informed you and provided photos of the damage.
We did everything we could to find a solution, but as this was a unique artwork, there was simply no replacement available. Once it was damaged, the only possible option was to cancel the sale. We cannot create or invent another identical artwork.
You were, of course, fully refunded. I completely understand your disappointment, but this unfortunate situation was entirely caused by transport damage and was beyond our control. We handled the matter transparently and did everything we reasonably could under the circumstances.

Hello,

We are sincerely sorry about the condition of the parcel upon delivery.

Sometimes parcels are repackaged or reinforced by the carrier during transit, especially with additional adhesive tape, when they consider it necessary. This can give the impression that the original packaging was not sufficient, although on our side the artwork was properly packed for shipment.

We completely understand your comment, even though the final condition of the packaging unfortunately also depends on the handling during transport.

What matters most to us is that you are fully satisfied with your new artwork. We are delighted to count you among our collectors.

Best regards,
Benjamin
