Wow, what a shame- I’m upset to hear this and I understand your disappointment. I hardly made any money on this object since Catawiki adviced not to set a reserve price, while offering free shipping. And me being new to this platform, trusted their advice. When we received a much lower offer than anticipated, the only thing that gave me satisfaction was knowing someone somewhere in the world would enjoy this rock. This is clearly not the case, so of course you’ll get your money back. Please send pictures of the rock and the damage. Thank you.
