Item purchased came in with no issues. Francescodelpia did a wonderful job on the packaging and the crab arrived fully intact.

The crab is nice. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the three right legs were broken. I had to glue them back. The claws were OK. This is not the first time that such incidents happen with UPS. In any case, thank you for your diligence. Michel Klein
