After buying on Catawiki, seller contacted me directly to cancel order for problems with shipping asking to buy directly from them. I did, paid full amount and never received the purse. Scam

Dear Customer,

We would like to clarify the situation regarding your order for full transparency.

The original Catawiki transaction was officially canceled by mutual agreement due to an unresolvable technical issue with the platform's shipping label. Following the cancellation, Catawiki processed a full refund to your original payment method in accordance with their system procedures.

Please note that communications or transactions outside Catawiki fall outside their official Buyer Protection policies. As a professional business, we operate strictly within verified workflows. Since the original Catawiki order was canceled and refunded, the item remained in our inventory and could not be shipped under a voided order ID.

We firmly reject any allegation of a "scam," as you received a complete refund for your original order. We always encourage buyers to follow official platform procedures for a fully protected purchase.

Kind regards,
Luxury Vintage World
