Thanks a lot for your feedback. As Catawiki is an international platform I would appreciate feedback in english which everybody can understand - including me ?. However, I believe you complain about the shipping costs?! I assume that the shipping cost are visible to everybody upfront to the bidding process, so it is not fair to complain afterwards. Transport costs varies by insurance, country of destination, size and weight. The pure cost for transportation in your case was €15,99 – I can take the cost for packaging and labelling and reimburse you €4,01 once you send me your bank details. In case I have misinterpreted your feedback please ignore my response at all. Finally I wish you a lot of fun and hope you can enjoy the "smell" of Isle of Jura

Very fast delivery! A pity that there is some glu left on the backside of the bottle after a sticker has been removed. Next time wrap the box in bubble foil to avoid damage during transport. Overall positieve.
