Ce vendeur annule la vente sans explication et c'est la deuxième fois qu'il le fait. Il ne mérite pas d'être un vendeur confirmé. Il ne devrait pas avoir le droit de vendre sur cette plateforme.

We would like to clarify that the cancellation was not made without explanation. We informed Catawiki that, before shipping, we discovered some defects in the item that needed to be corrected. For this reason, we decided not to send an item that did not meet our quality standards and requested that it be repaired and offered again for auction once it was in proper condition.
Our priority is always to ensure that our customers receive items that meet the quality described in our listings. We believe it is more responsible to cancel a sale when an issue is discovered before shipping rather than send an item with defects to a buyer.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re delighted that you love your purchase. We truly hope you enjoy your beautiful item for many years to come. Thank you for your trust!

Mesmo com o cancelamento por razões logísticas, mantenho a nota positiva pela Alta Qualidade dos produtos. Sou cliente fiel e confio totalmente na excelência deste vendedor. Recomendo sempre.

Thank you very much for your understanding and for your continued trust in our products. We truly appreciate your loyalty as a returning customer and are grateful for your kind words. We hope to serve you again soon and provide you with another item you'll enjoy. Kind regards.

Seller cancelled the order. And did not respond to request for reason.

Hello,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The order was cancelled due to an issue on the seller’s side. We DID respond to your message and explained that the cancellation was not related to you as a buyer.
Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you very much for your kind review. I’m delighted to hear that everything met your expectations. Enjoy your items and thank you for your trust. Kind regards!

Das Produkt ist in Ordnung, die Kommunikation mit dem Vernäufer lässt zu wünschen übrig

Thank you for your feedback. However, I do not believe it is fair to describe the communication as disappointing. From the very beginning, I replied to your messages and stayed available throughout the entire process.
We also contacted you ourselves to make sure the blanket had safely arrived, as we genuinely care about our customers and every order we send. When we later asked for clarification regarding the delivery status, we unfortunately did not receive a response for some time, which created uncertainty on our side as well.
In any case, I am glad the blanket arrived safely and that the product itself met your expectations.
