La merce è arrivata veloce, in ottime condizioni e con un imballo SUPER! Ottimo venditore consigliato
Het pakket is aangekomen en geen enkel exemplaar was stuk. Maar dat kon niet anders, want ze waren enorm goed en stevig verpakt. Er werd genoeg schuimrubber of luchtplastiek gebruikt. Alles perfect.

Ho ricevuto il lotto con un piatto crepato (cosa che purtroppo può succedere con le merce fragile). Ho comunicato al venditore l'accaduto e mi ha subito rimborsato, scusandosi per l'inconveniente.

it is not true that we were not home. we were exactly at home at 14:24. i checked the Spanish web, they directly delivered to the shop, not to our home.

Dear David I find this very annoying for you that you had to pick up the package, but the reason for that is because no one was home when it was delivered. This is the normal course of events.
